Your first step is to set up the profile for the individual receiving care (or yourself). This profile acts as the central hub for all relevant information.Navigate to Settings: Tap the Settings icon (gear) in the top right corner of the app.
Access Profile Tab: The "Profile" tab should be selected by default.
Fill in Details: Carefully complete the profile information, including:
Name & Known As: Full name and preferred nickname
Date of Birth & Gender: Essential demographic details
NHS Number & Blood Type: Important medical identifiers
Address & Postcode: For location-based services
What3Words: Precise location identifier (optional but recommended)
Allergies & Medical Conditions: Critical health alerts
Distinguishing Marks: Helpful for identification
Next of Kin: Emergency contact details
Upload Photo: Add a photo for easy identification
Agree to Terms: Read and agree to the Terms and Conditions.
Save Profile: Tap "Save Profile" to store your information.
Why this is important: A complete and accurate profile ensures that all other features of CareFully—from medical notes to emergency contacts—are as effective as possible.Step 2: Understanding Demo Mode
CareFully starts in Demo Mode by default for new users. This allows you to explore all features with sample data without risking your actual information.How to tell: You'll see a "Demo Mode Active" banner at the top of the app.
What it means: You're viewing and interacting with dummy data (e.g., sample events, medications, devices). You can't add or edit real data while in Demo Mode.
Switching Off: To start managing your real data, go to Settings → Account and toggle the "Demo Mode" switch to OFF. Once off, you'll manage your own private records.
Step 3: Exploring Core Features

Invite User: If you're the "Owner" of the care circle, you can invite other family members or caregivers by email. You can set specific permissions for each invited user.
Important Contacts: Add and manage other key contacts (doctors, pharmacies, neighbors, etc.) and mark them as emergency contacts if needed.
Connected Devices (Devices Tab)
Add Device: Connect location trackers, smartwatches, or other devices. For PAJ GPS trackers, you'll need to enter your PAJ GPS account credentials and the device identifier.
Manage Devices: View active devices, edit their settings, and see their connection status.
Subscription (Plan Tab)
View Plan: See whether you're on the Free or Premium plan.
Upgrade: Unlock unlimited access to events, medications, notes, documents, location tracking, and financial management by upgrading to Premium.
Manage Subscription: Access the Stripe Customer Portal to update payment methods or cancel your subscription.
Account Tab
View Account Info: See your email, name, role, and plan level.
Demo Mode Toggle: Switch between demo data and your real data.

CareFully Professional is designed specifically for professional carers managing multiple clients. This comprehensive platform helps you coordinate care, track important information, and collaborate with families all in one place.This manual will guide you through setting up your account, managing care recipients, and using all the features to provide the best possible care.Step 1: Managing Care Recipients
As a professional carer, you can manage multiple care recipients (clients) from a single account.Adding a New Care Recipient: Go to Settings → Care Recipients → "Add Care Recipient" to create a new client profile.
Complete Their Profile: Fill in essential information including:
Full Name & Known As: Legal name and preferred name
Date of Birth & Gender: Basic demographics
Address & What3Words: Location information for emergencies
NHS Number: For medical identification
Allergies: CRITICAL - List all known allergies
Medical Conditions: Current health conditions
Blood Type: Important for emergencies
Next of Kin: Emergency contact details
Photo: Upload a recent photo to help identify them
Switching Between Clients: Use the dropdown selector at the top of the app to switch between your care recipients. All data shown will be specific to the selected client.
Editing Profiles: Return to Settings → Care Recipients anytime to update client information as their circumstances change.
Professional Tip: Keep profiles updated, especially medical information. This could be life-saving in an emergency situation.Step 2: Connecting with Families (Family App Integration)
CareFully Professional integrates with the CareFully Family App, allowing family members to stay connected to their loved one's care.Granting Family Access:
Go to Settings → Care Recipients tab
Under each care recipient, you'll see "Family App Access"
Click "Link Family App User" and enter the family member's Family App User ID
Once linked, they can view care data from their Family App
What Families Can See:

Data Syncing:
When families create events, medications, or notes in the Family App, they automatically appear in your Professional App. This ensures everyone is working with the same up-to-date information.Revoking Access:
If needed, you can unlink a family member at any time from Settings → Care Recipients → Family App Access → "Unlink User"Important: Always get appropriate consent before linking family members to a care recipient's data. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.Step 3: Understanding Demo Mode
Demo Mode allows you to explore the app with sample data before adding your real clients.Activating Demo Mode: Go to Settings → Account tab and toggle "Demo Mode" on. Sample care recipients with pre-populated data will appear.

Switching to Real Data: Toggle demo mode off in Settings → Account when ready to work with real clients. Demo and real data are kept completely separate.

Removing Team Members
